“I just came back from an 8 day plains game hunt with Tholo Safaris in Botswana.
We had a group of 8 hunters in camp and the hunt could not have been better in every aspect. The PH’s were the most professional group I have every hunted with. Their ability to judge mature animals with accuracy in split seconds was amazing. They work really hard for you. The trackers were absolutely something you have to see to believe. The food and accommodations were great as well. Top notch equipment, guns, trucks etc. A very unique experience. If it is your desire to go on a plains game hunt I don’t see how you could beat Tholo Safaris.

There was four of us from the UK there, arrived may the 17th.
7days of A1 safari and A1 everything else, the food, accommodation you name it, the professionals, were just that, the trackers and the whole camp team cannot do enough for you, the hospitality shown to us all was second to none. Had some great banter with the 4 PHs around the dinner table, and camp fire, Jaco, Riaan, Jason and George, with Clive, Linda, Kim, and the other four guest there from the USA. The animals there and the quality is exceptional. We had the best time.

There is nothing negative to say. Absolutely no complaints. To say we thoroughly enjoyed our time there is an understatement. This was my 5th African hunt and the best one yet. The people, accommodations and food were top notch. Jason Bridger is an excellent PH. He worked hard getting me the animals I wanted. He also did an excellent job of helping my wife on her hunt, as she is more of a novice. I really appreciated that. And she was delighted with the waterbuck hunt. Our tracker, Besa, tracking skills bordered on the supernatural. Before we went I was thinking that this might be the last plains game hunt for a while as I want another buffalo hunt plus some more North American hunts. Now I am not so sure. I want to go back to Tholo again and bring some newbie friends for their first African hunt.
